This is quaint little gem in Polanco. Place is an old mansion in the middle of the city, the room and bathroom are nicely remodeled, comfortable and spacious. The staff is nice, friendly and very helpful. The small restaurant in the property serves yummy food and the drinks are nice. The only comment is that the water pressure needs to be improved, other than that, this place is a nice surprise.

Superb.
One of the best (if not the best) boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
All the space is exquisitely designed. The food is glorious but it’s the staff what makes it absolutely outstanding.
Yes you can stay in so many other different small, boutique, design-forward hotels in CDMX, but know, you’ll be missing out.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (461 reviews)
Overall, we enjoyed the common areas but the room comfort and service didn’t meet our expectations. The staff was very friendly, although room service requests were a little slow. For the price we paid, we didn’t feel it was worth the cost.
The beds are advertised as king-sized but were slightly oversized queens and the pillows were extremely flat, providing no head support. The bathroom fan could not be turned off, and was disruptive at night, the toilet didn’t flush well, and a large concrete pillar took up quite a bit of room space.
The pool area is very small, with only three non-adjustable lounge chairs in the pool. There were also no towels available, and despite asking twice, none were brought out.
Though, the gym had lots of equipment, was clean and well maintained. And the “Wooftop” bar was a fun space to hangout and meet other guests. It had TVs, a pool table, air hockey, and other games. They also had great selection of craft beers.
